Kicking Off AmericanaFest 2026!

By Jonah Zimmermann

It’s that time of year! AmericanaFest brings together the best of the Americana, folk, and roots music community from all over for a week of music and celebration right here in Nashville. It's one of our favorite weeks of the year at Olivia Management — a chance to show up for our clients in a big way. This Tuesday, we were joined by a powerhouse lineup of our artists, consulting clients, and friends for the first of two OM AmericanaFest showcases at Gray Matters Studio!

A look into the space and our performers!

Marian Runk kicked off the show, and immediately drew us in with her warmth and storytelling, setting the tone for a night full of heart.

I was moved by Abbie Gardner's performance, and watching her work the dobro was mesmerizing. It’s not an instrument I’m familiar with and it definitely made me want to hear more! A stand-out moment of her set was when she pulled the audience into a sing-along. It was heartwarming to see her break down walls, and in that moment you could feel how a shared love for music connected everyone in the room.

Derek Webb closed the show, and it was the perfect note to end the night on. Derek joining us not only to perform, but also to help sponsor the showcase with Dead Ringer meant a lot to us. One of the things that inspired me most is seeing how nights like this can weave together creativity in all its forms, whether it's playing music, engineering sound and lighting, or building the kind of entrepreneurial vision it takes to make a show like this happen.

Watching this showcase was a reminder of what the work we do here at Olivia Management is all about –– bringing people together with art. It was abundantly clear that every artist that took the stage had a story worth telling. Knowing we get to play a part in bringing those stories to life is what makes the work we do behind the scenes so rewarding and fulfilling.

And the best part is, we’re not done yet! We’ll be back at Gray Matters Studio this weekend with another round of amazing artists. This Saturday starting at 2pm, you can catch performances by Mary Gauthier, Jeremy Lister, and many more!

This show is free and open to the public— no AmericanaFest passes are required to attend! Check out the graphic below for the full lineup and showcase details. We’d love to see you there!
