This exceptional team is made up of passionate individuals, with dedication, and all committed to fostering an environment of support and nourishment for one another's personal and professional growth. Be it through engaging conversations, collaborative projects, or internship meetings, everyone ensures that each and every team member feels cherished and empowered to embrace their authentic selves. Recognizing the competitive and ever-evolving nature of the music industry, there is a belief at OM that cultivating personal growth should be equally prioritized alongside professional success.

I can't believe how quickly this semester has flown by! As my senior year comes to a close, I find myself brimming with excitement and anticipation for what lies ahead. Reflecting on the incredible moments and challenges I've experienced during my time at Belmont, I feel a profound sense of gratitude for the opportunities that have shaped me into the person I am today. With the next semester on the horizon, I'm eager to return and dive headfirst into my work at OM once more. Armed with newfound knowledge and a determination to succeed, I am ready to work hard, push my boundaries, and face any obstacles that come my way. I aspire to make the most of my final months at Belmont and at OM, ensuring that I end my senior year on a high note, feeling confident and prepared to step into the real world beyond my time at school

On the Olivia management website, where you’re probably reading this, it’s written that OM fosters joy through music and entertainment. This is proven true to me every second that I spend in our office space.

Being an intern at Olivia Management doesn’t mean that you’re just a student who comes into the office a couple of times a week and goes on grocery runs (though I am the proclaimed snack queen this semester). You’re a valuable part of the team and Erin, Grace, and Sidney make sure that you know just how important you are on a daily basis. The way OM emphasizes, leans on, and appreciates their interns is a beautiful, rare thing and I’m so glad that, in a town of millions of opportunities, I was given this one.

Not only have I learned many valuable professional skills while interning here - from merch fulfillment to successful marketing and outreach - I’ve learned how to be a better leader through watching the way Erin leads our small but mighty team. I’ve learned how important it is to step back and be proud of the work that you’ve done, and how much easier it is to do work when you love the people you’re doing it with. I’m over the moon to continue with you all next semester.

All my love, Miriam

Reflecting on what this experience at OM has meant to me, I feel incredibly grateful to have been a part of this team. It is a dynamic rooted in collaboration, enthusiasm, and fun. During my time as an intern, I have always felt heard, valued, and respected; I can’t thank the team enough for the opportunity to be a part of the OM family (and that really is the best word for it)!

I have nothing but respect for how Erin leads this company— she is kind, passionate, understanding, and hard-working. Her transparency in sharing with us how she navigates the less-than-glamorous parts of artist management has been such a valuable resource in learning how to handle challenges with grace. She leads by example in everything she does, both in and out of the workplace; I look up to her not only as a leader and entrepreneur, but as an individual.

In my first interaction with Erin and Grace before I was an intern, they explained that their hope is to provide interns with a rich experience that will equip them with skills they can use no matter where they go. During my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to develop practical skills through social media marketing, internal record keeping, app integration design, and more. More importantly, though, I’m walking away with lifelong skills in problem solving and team building that I’ll be able to rely upon wherever I end up next.

I’m truly sad to leave this team behind — Erin, Grace, and Sidney have been a joy to work with, and I wish nothing but the best for Miriam and Frazier as they continue to contribute to the OM team next semester!
