Since founding Olivia Management, Erin has grown the company to three staff, nine management clients, and a consulting business that is helping 10-15 clients at any given time. She led clients The Secret Sisters to a Grammy nomination for Best Folk Album in 2018, and Amanda Shires to an Americana Awards Nomination and eventual win for Best Emerging Artist in 2017.

Before starting Olivia Management, Erin worked as a product manager in Seattle at Amazon Music. Erin received her MBA from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship and strategy. She has consulted with Sony Music Entertainment, the Americana Music Association, Nashville Chamber of Commerce, Kind of Blue Music, Keb' Mo', GoodMusicAllDay.com, Rachel Potter (X Factor), ATL Collective, the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, and worked at Universal Music Group Nashville which consisted of imprints Lost Highway Records, MCA Records, and Mercury Records.

In addition to music consulting and artist career management, Anderson teaches as an adjunct professor at Belmont University in Music Business and Entrepreneurship. Her classes cover the topics of starting businesses, interning in the music industry, refining resumes and cover letters, and serving the community through entrepreneurship.

Erin was named a finalist in the Nashville Emerging Leader Awards in 2016 and 2018. She serves as the staff director at Owen Graduate School of Management's Accelerator Summer Business Institute, volunteers to teach entrepreneurship to female inmates through the BEST program, served as the music coordinator for TEDx Nashville for three years and was one of the founding members of the Nashville Entrepreneur Center's Advance Nashville initiative in digital music.

Stephanie joined the Olivia Management team in 2019 as Marketing & Operations Director. She oversees marketing for Olivia Management artists, with a focus on album and single releases. Stephanie also keeps tabs on all internal processes and is on the constant hunt for ways to streamline and help our scrappy team do the most we can for our growing roster of clients.

Before starting at Olivia Management, Steph got her start at Ramseur Records, an independent record label and management company based in her hometown of Concord, North Carolina. From 2006-2010, she was the sole employee there, overseeing the careers of Grammy-nominated folk rock band The Avett Brothers, Grammy-award winning old-time band Carolina Chocolate Drops, the everybodyfields, Simone Felice, Sam Quinn, Samantha Crain, Frontier Ruckus and Bombadil.

In 2010, she left Ramseur to found her own management company, Spacecar Management, and had the pleasure of representing Natalie Prass, Jill Andrews, Holy Ghost Tent Revival, Michaela Anne, The Devil Whale, Simone Felice, Matt Phillips and Toy Soldiers. In 2014, she began a tenure at Easy Sound Recording Company as head of marketing & operations, and worked with Fruit Bats, Rogue Wave, Marianne Faithfull, Rodrigo Amarante, Futurebirds, EDJ, The Donkeys and Vetiver. Stephanie has also worked as an independent consultant with small to mid-size companies across a variety of industries as an operations consultant since 2014.

She lives in Goodlettsville, TN with her husband and two cats, in a house with a view of a mountain. Her camera roll consists mostly of pictures of those four things.

Maggie is a manager at Olivia Management, working with Lydia Luce, as well as handling marketing for our roster and day to day for half of our roster.  Arriving in Nashville in 2012 as a new Belmont University student, Maggie was thrilled to be surrounded by people who were as interested in music and community as she was. Her internships with Kaleidoscope Media, War Memorial Auditorium, Lightning 100 and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center helped her realize that what she loved most was making meaningful connections and helping other creatives succeed. Artist management seemed like the perfect avenue to satisfy both of those passions, and Maggie is happy to have landed at Olivia Management in 2016. Since joining the team, Maggie has been promoted twice, from assistant to day to day, and now manager.

Madeline is the day to day manager for half of our roster as well as the touring and Logistics coordinator at Olivia Management. Growing up, Madeline was trained as a classical pianist for 13 years at The San Diego Music Studio (SDMS) in San Marcos, CA. During her senior year of high school, she interned at SDMS and learned how her passion for music could be used in a business setting to help others discover the power of music. With this experience at the forefront of her mind, Madeline moved to Nashville, TN to attend Belmont University, where she graduated in 2018 with a Music Business Degree from the Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business. Madeline spent time in college interning for Olivia Management, Sandbox Entertainment, and Banner Music before starting a full time position as the Touring and Office Assistant at Olivia Management in May of 2018. Since then, she has been promoted to Touring and Logistics Coordinator.
