Olivia Management, an artist management and music consulting company, was founded in Nashville in 2012 by Erin O. Anderson. Read more about her path to founding Olivia Management here

Erin returned to music city in 2012 after working as a product manager in Seattle at Amazon Music and MP3. Erin received her MBA from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship and strategy. She has consulted with Sony Music Entertainment, the Americana Music Association, Nashville Chamber of Commerce, Kind of Blue Music, Keb' Mo', GoodMusicAllDay.com and GMAD.com, Rachel Potter (X Factor), ATL Collective, the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, The David Mayfield Parade, and worked at Universal Music Group Nashville which consisted of imprints Lost Highway Records, MCA Records, and Mercury Records.

In addition to music consulting and artist career management, Ms. Anderson teaches as an adjunct professor at Belmont University in both Music Business and Entrepreneurship. Her classes cover the topics of starting businesses, interning in the music industry, refining resumes and cover letters, and serving the community through entrepreneurship.

Erin is on the speakers committee for TEDx Nashville, has served as the staff director at Owen Graduate School of Management's Accelerator Summer Business Institute, and was one of the founding members of the Nashville Entrepreneur Center's Advance Nashville initiative in digital music.

Maggie is the assistant to the CEO, Erin Anderson, and the day-to-day manager here at Olivia Management. Coming to Nashville in 2012 as a new Belmont University student, Maggie was thrilled to be surrounded by people who were as interested in music and community as she was. Having set aside her original plans to pursue singing, she began interning with companies that peaked her interest to discover her best fit within the music industry. Her internships with Kaleidoscope Media, War Memorial Auditorium, Lightning 100 and the Entrepreneur Center helped her realize that what she loved most was making meaningful connections with people and helping artists get their music heard. Artist management seemed like the perfect avenue to satisfy both of those passions, and Maggie is happy to now be spreading the amazing music flowing from Olivia Management.
