Olivia Management was founded in 2012 by Erin O. Anderson. In over a decade of managing independent artists, Erin has helped artists grow their fan bases, release records, make more money, go to the Grammys, raise funds, make records, win awards, and pursue their dreams on their own terms.

Before starting Olivia Management, Erin spent time working for a few giants in the industry. Her experience in music includes stints at Amazon Music in Seattle as a product manager helping to grow their artist relations and artist technology interfaces, as well as Universal Music Group Nashville which consisted of imprints Lost Highway Records, MCA Records, and Mercury Records, where she worked directly for the CFO/GM.

Erin received her MBA from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Strategy; as well as her BA from Belmont University where she majored in Music Business and Entrepreneurship, with a minor in Accounting. Over the years as a business educated music professional, she has consulted with Sony Music Entertainment, the Americana Music Association, the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, Kind of Blue Music, Keb' Mo', GoodMusicAllDay.com, the ATL Collective, and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center to name a few.

In addition to music consulting and artist career management, Erin teaches as an adjunct professor at Belmont University in Music Business and Entrepreneurship. Her classes cover the topics of starting businesses, growing businesses, interning in the music industry, and serving the community through entrepreneurship. In her role at the University, she also serves as the faculty advisor for CMA EDU, the Music Row Promo Club, and as an undergraduate mentor through the Grammy U program. Additionally, Erin volunteers to teach entrepreneurship to female inmates at the Tennessee Prison for Women through the BEST Program.

Erin is a member of the Grammys, Americana Music Association, Folk Alliance, and probably a few more she can’t remember right now. She has twice been named a finalist in the Nashville Emerging Leader Awards in the category of Music and Entertainment. Erin enjoys public speaking or teaching and has been asked to speak or present at the Music Biz Conference, the CD Baby DIY Conference, Folk Alliance International, the Leadership Music Digital Summit, the Digital Divas, International Bluegrass Music Association, Americana Music Festival, Berklee College of Music, Vanderbilt’s Women in Business, and more!
