Ali Sperry, a well-versed singer and songwriter brings a balance of music and mindfulness into her teaching. In addition to performing and releasing her own music, Ali is a certified yoga instructor with a long-standing passion for yoga. One of her favorite pastimes is sharing her love of yoga through teaching. As a yoga instructor for over 18 years, Ali offers private one-hour yoga sessions or group sessions.
